Economics student at New York University. Previously worked in Ukraine’s IT sector and interned at Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation.

Co-founder of the Serpens Center for International Security, leading the Center’s research, analytics, and publications divisions. Previously at Stanford, studying international security and military history.

Maryna Hrytsenko is the co-founder and Executive Director at SCIS. Previously a National Security Advisor in Verkhovna Rada and led foreign policy projects at MoD. Graduate of Vassar College.

Previously coordinated advocacy projects at Prince Claus Fund and European League of Institutes of Art. International Studies graduate from Rotterdam Erasmus University.
